Make sure you let the ones that you couldn't spend time with feel really bad that you chose others over them.
Rub it in their face, and tell stories of the times they missed because you couldn't be bothered with them.
Oh, and as for the people you DO hang out with, make sure you let them know just how privileged they are to have your presense. . .they love that!!
OK, let me know how it goes. . .be home by 11

I agree with many others here. Have a get together and invite them all. Have it catered and go pick up the food. Therefore, you don't have to cook or ask someone to cook. Call it a "Thanks for your Friendship" get together so they all can feel special. If they cannot show up, then it is not on you anymore. BUT do give alternative times you can meet with each other at a later date.
And take time for you and try not to become a people pleaser. I am trying to do that myself. Less stressful. Those who love you will continue to love you. Those who don't never did!

You do not need to give excuses to anyone, just simply say NO. the more excuses you made the more you feel guilty about not being with them and spend sometime..
If they are really friends they wont insist asking the reason why?
it is about respect and not blaming everyone on their actions. When the time comes that you have free time to join them, just enjoy being with them and make the most of it.
If you have lots of friends, make balance of giving them the time you are only allowed to, sometimes too much is not even good.
always remind yourself, are you hanging them for a reason or just to please them... i would pick the first one...

Hmmm....Well, darlin', you don't want to lie to your buds. Just tell them that you have some things goin' on right now, and maybe y'all will hook up in the near future. If they're your REAL friends, they'd understand. If that's all they want to do, then maybe you need to reevaluate your friendship with these folks. You want people to grow with you, not just monopolize all your time. Hope this helps, sugar. Stay well and be blessed!

I would hang out with all of them once in awhile, but talk regularly. You could even have get together at your home, all together, or plan special events where you all could go.

play head games and make them fight for your attention. if you tell them all a bunch of lies keep a journal of your lies so, you don't get caught. then, when you're tired of hanging out just ditch 'em. they will respect you and worship you.... i think you see where i'm going with this.
p.s. - don't ever be afraid to talk to your friends. they'll understand.

meet with them in groups rather than one on one - that will include them all without spending time you don't have
make sure tho that you always follow them up later on so that they don't take it personally
