What are some major turn-offs and do ALL guys go for looks first, then personality second?

I think for most guys it's looks first, then personality. That is not to say personality isn't important, just that if I'm not attracted to the looks, I'll probably never get to find out about the personality and if I don't find the looks at least somewhat attractive, a nice personality isn't likely to be enough by itself.
Major turn offs, at least for me, are pierced noses, tongues or lips and most tattoos. Excessive make-up is another big turn off. Major turn ons are: clean shiny hair and a nice smile. Great legs and a fantastic figure are also big pluses of course.

Well, looks initially. But that interest fades usually within a day. Really, a day.
We get fed up pretty fast with drama & stupidity. So looks only go so far - usually for just about a night.
What will make me KEEP a girl is:
Intelligence
Her ability to say what she wants
Interest in me
Playfulness
Easy-going
Trust in my word
Healty lifestyle
What REPULSES me from a girl is:
Drama
Gossip
Nagging
Cattiness
Cigarettes
Drugs - any, prescription or not

Turn offs for me are cant dance bad teeth and a whore
Looks are the first impression and the key 2 a hook up but relationship wise u need personality

well any guy who says he looks for just personality is lieing, because we all want to be able to go out with someone who everyone can look at and not say "what is he thinking?" also she's got to be smart but cute about it. guys usually dont like nerdy serious girls. wtach out for the one night stand guys, theyre also gay
