I'm going to Tamarindo, Costa Rica through Spanishabroad.com. Its a good deal if you need credits for school too if you apply with Brookhaven. Right now they're waving the registration fee ($90) for Tamarindo. It is a beach.

Cartagena, Colombia!!! Beautiful And according to The New World Encyclopedia Colombia has the best spanish is Latin america, and Cartagena is a very safe city!! Check it out!!

Come to Venezuela, the best beaches in the world are here ... and you can check www.berlitz.com ... there are some institutes here in Caracas, only 45 minutes drive from the beaches
