First Day (850 Calories)
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea;1/2 grapefruit; 1 slice of dry toast; 1 tbsp. peanut butter.
Lunch
1/2 cup of tuna fish;1 slice of dry toast; black coffee or tea.
Dinner
2 slices of any type of meat (about 3 oz); 1 cup of beets;1 small apple; 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.
Second Day (1040 Calories)
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea;1 egg; 1/2 banana;1 slice of dry toast.
Lunch
1 cup of cottage cheese; 5 saltine crackers.
Dinner
2 hot dogs;1 cup of broccoli; 1/2 cup carrots; 1/2 banana; 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
Third Day (840 Calories)
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea; 5 saltine crackers; 1 slice of cheddar cheese; 1 small apple.
Lunch
1 Hard boiled egg;1 slice of dry toast.
Dinner
1 cup of tuna fish,1 cup of beets,1 cup of cauliflower; 1/2 cantaloupe; 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used, no other seasonings. Where no quantity is given there are no restrictions, but use common sense. This diet may be used 3 days at a time.
3 days you will lose 10 pounds. After 3 days of dieting, you can eat normal foods, but do not overdo it. After 4 days of normal eating start back on your 3 days of dieting. You can lose 40 pounds in a month..... if you stick to it.
This is a safe diet. Remember you do not snack between meals. You are allowed diet soda on this diet.

so all negative comments I don't need. I was only trying to help others. It worked for my co-workers, sister, two friends and myself. everyone body is different! Remember on the 4th day to resume your normal eating habits! I am not a DOCTOR or HEALTH counselor!!!!

The funny thing is this diet works the use it in the hospitals down in north carolina for over weight patients they have seen a lot of results.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

Anything under 1200 calories a day is unhealthy, even if you see it as temporary or doing this every now & then. What will happen is that after a diet such as this you will gain back the weight & more. Plus the yo-yo affect is bad for the body in the long run.
