You need to take her to the vet. Call first thing tomorrow morning and set up an appointment.
If could be as simple as the medication she is on, it could be a urinary tract problem, or it could be a complication from the surgery.
And kudos for making the responsible decision to ger her fixed. : )

Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing!
Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

She needs to go back to the vet asap. Blood in urine is never good, and can't be ignored. It could be a sign of a serious problem. She could have a bladder infection, or maybe even bladder stones. As well, if she was spayed VERY recently, you should have her checked to make sure it's not a complication of the surgery.

I am not really sure why your cat is peeing blood, but I dont think that is normal. Because I have gotten my cat spayed and she never peed blood. I think you should take her to the vet as soon as you can

Sounds like a trip to the vet is required. This is not something a bunch of lay strangers should help you with.

She has a bladder infection. You should put her on a special food for urinary problems at once, this can be very serious, but controlled by her diet.
