I've experienced both. Woke up one morning and I wasn't sick anymore...then other times I got better as the day progressed.

It depends on the Viruses we are talking about...Normal ones takes you body about seven days to be rid of, maybe with the help of medication....Some keep getting worst and just as they come near a cure...The viruses mutates beyond control...

They ease off during about 7 days. (Depending on the Virus)
