Apple cider vinegar is an ingredient in many different recipes for cooking. It is safe to take internally. This recipe is one of the nicest ways to drink it & is very healthy for your body:

1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs honey
1 mug hot water

Dissolve the honey & vinegar in the hot water & drink at bedtime to help ease sleeplessness.

Drink the same 2 Tbs of ingredients dissolved in 8 oz of cold water during the day & it helps kill your appetite, thereby eating less food & helping you to lose weight. The honey won't dissolve in cold water, so you can microwave the honey/vinegar mixture then mix with the cold water.

Also helps with joint aches & pains.
