ok what you should do is use a cap or get the hair cutOk my moms a hairdresser, so I can answer this lol. Just make sure not to put any blonde in it cause the bleach will just make it fall rite out. you can make your own hair mask that works really good, but its really gross, mix avacados, mayonaise, and olive oil, and leave it in in a shower cap for about an hour and do it once a week.I also highly recomend using biologe shampoo and conditioner(the one that says ultra hydrating on it) and the biologe hair hydrating masque and leave it on for a good hour and use it every other day(it says to only leave it on for 10 minutes, but the longer the more effective.) also for frizzy hair use , biosilk frizz serum, it makes your hair really soft and shiny. and try to not blowdry or straighten your hair, its really hard on it, instead curl it or braid it the night before, it makes your hair appear less frizzy, and try to get your hair trimmed every 3 weeks, this keeps your hair healthy and helps it to grow faster. So yeah try all that stuff and it should really help!
to like short and if you have long blonde hair it is really bad for it because i have it and my hair started to turn green!
It's all because of that clorine and i had to scrub like crazy and if you use aussia then that's the good stuff but use shampoo and conditioner!

good luck have fun scrubing LOL!!!

Usually wearing swim caps help, although they are unconfortable and really hot! That's the only suggestion because it's a cap or you get your hair wet. Don't wash it every night, no point if you're going to get it wet with clorine the next day. Just try wearing and swim cap, and then after awhile you'll become more confortable to it.

Good luck!

Have you tried a haircap? Swimming cap thingie? They say (whoever they are) that if you get your hair wet with normal water, the squeeze it into the cap - you'll get a lot less chlorine in your hair which I imagine would be what could damage it.

Other than that, shave it off like Klimmy!

Before getting in the water, put on a thick creme conditioner, braid your hair and wear a swim cap.

Use a conditioner that is high in protein. My hair use to be just like yours (from perming and bleaching, not swimming), and then I started using high protein conditioners and leave ins. Now my hair is really nice. You can buy these kind of conditioners at Sally's Beauty Supply.

damaged hair won't be able to be completely repaired. Conditioning treatments can strengthen the feel yet once you've damaged ends then you favor to pass and performance a professional haircut to get rid of them earlier they damage the variety of your hair-shafts. a good hairdresser will change into conscious of precisely what treatments would strengthen your hair - salons that promote Keristase, Paul Mitchell or Tigi products are the desirable. in straight forward words time is going to do each of the fix, yet you will get rid of the wear and tear!

Try using an intensive moisturizing shampoo and conditioner for damaged hair because it will add more moisture. Garnier is good for frizzy hair. Oils and grease used for black people's hair is high in moisture and is good to de-frizze hair. After washing your hair and while your hair is wet, add a small amount of these hair oils or even baby oil to your hair to add moisture.

You can put in your hair mayo(mayonesa) before washing it and then put a swim cap and with a dryier dry your hair for 20 minutes then wash it like normal. I think that will help a little..
