how can I stop being so jealous of my boyfriend?

I get so jealous of the thought of my boyfriend looking at other girls, and when I ask him if he is he says "no"he says he can tell if someone is good looking or not, but he doesnt sit their and stare, I totally believe him, but do you think he could be lying, and how do I stop being so jealous?

Consider him normal. You're the one he's with isn't he. You have to just stop fretting and then you can concentrate on being yourself...the one he is with. By being jealous you will only end up driving him away. Wouldn't it drive you nuts if he was always jumping all over you accusing you of stuff you are innocent of?

All guys check out other girls... it is in the genes, you can't change millions of years of evolution... But it doesn't mean he is going to do anymore than look. If you get jealous about it then you will suffer uneccesarily and perhaps drive him away in the process... give the guy some room and he will always turn his eyes back to you...

After all, even though he is looking at other girls, he is with you so that means he must think you are better than the rest!!!!

no offense girl, but you need to find another hobby. you're going to end up hurting yourself if you insist on checking to see if he's checking out other girls or not. think about it. out of all those girls he's checking out, he chose you? let that give you comfort. and about the lying thing, don't worry about it. everything will be exposed in the end, so why give yourself hypertension? be your own woman. take control of your life. have fun. don't sit around like a bump on a log wondering if your bf is cheatin' and wondering if he's lying about cheatin'. life's too short. and let me tell you something, there's nothing better than a girl who has self-respect and high self-esteem. so hold your head up high.
