NO!!!
Leviticus 18:22 “‘And you must not lie down with a male the same as you lie down with a woman. It is a detestable thing.
Leviticus 20:13 “‘And when a man lies down with a male the same as one lies down with a woman, both of them have done a detestable thing. They should be put to death without fail. Their own blood is upon them.
Judges 19:22 While they were making their hearts feel good, look! the men of the city, mere good-for-nothing men, surrounded the house, shoving one another against the door; and they kept saying to the old man, the owner of the house: “Bring out the man that came into your house, that we may have intercourse with him.”
Romans 1:27 and likewise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full recompense, which was due for their error.
1 Corinthians 6:9 What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men,
1 Timothy 1:10 fornicators, men who lie with males, kidnappers, liars, false swearers, and whatever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching
Jude 7 So too Sod′om and Go·mor′rah and the cities about them, after they in the same manner as the foregoing ones had committed fornication excessively and gone out after flesh for unnatural use, are placed before [us] as a [warning] example by undergoing the judicial punishment of everlasting fire.
Should I say more!!

No it is not accepted by God. There are enough scriptures in the Bible to tell how God feels about homosexuality. God does not accept sin.
PS to timothy - God did not create homosexuality. Homosexuality is a CHOSEN life style. A person is not born like that.

It is not accepted by God and is a great sin. Besides the religious terms which I'm sure you are all ready aware of, it is the concept of inorganic actions that goes against creation. Sexual relationships is pleasure and procreation in a natural form. Homosexuality is artificial/extreme which goes against the norms of nature. Thank God inanimate objects did not have freedom or else the sun would decide to burn the earth for the hell of it.

The scriptures set forth the moral standards of our Creator, which oftentimes run counter to modern-day mores. Homosexual acts, heterosexual sex between unmarried persons, and bestiality are all condemned in the Bible. Regarding acts of homosexuality, God’s Word pointedly says: “This is a hateful thing.” (Leviticus 18:22, The New Jerusalem Bible) God’s Law to Israel stipulated: “When a man lies down with a male the same as one lies down with a woman, both of them have done a detestable thing. They should be put to death without fail.” (Leviticus 20:13) The same punishment was prescribed for those committing bestiality, incest, and adultery.—Leviticus 20:10-12, 14-17.
The Scriptures offer no apologies, no concessions, no ambiguity; homosexual practices, adultery, fornication, are all repulsive in God’s sight. Accordingly, true Christians do not water down the Bible’s position on “disgraceful sexual appetites” merely to become more popular or more acceptable to modern culture. Nor do they agree with any movement dedicated to the promotion of homosexuality as a normal life-style.
The Bible admonishes: “O you lovers of Jehovah, hate what is bad.” (Psalm 97:10) So, Christians are expected to hate every practice that violates Jehovah’s laws.

Jane D: Slavery was accepted in both the old and new testament. Why would we think he has changed his mind, now? Women being property/subject to their men is accepted in both the old and new testament. Why would we think god has changed his mind? Divorce isn't acceptable in either the old or new testament. Why would we think god has changed his mind?
Are you telling me that of all the really STUPID things the bible says, the only thing that has remained constant for 5000 years is that god hates gays? What planet are you from? When do you get out of the 6th grade? How many times have you repeated it?

let me first start off by saying that god did not create homosexuality and if you believe that then you really need to read the bible. since we are not god we can not say that god does not accept it and that he will banish every homosexual to hell. that is just something that some bigot made up and thought oh that makes tons of sense. not. from what i have read in the bible i do not believe that he looks at it and thinks "hmmm that is a good idea Peter come here". I doubt he will banish every single homo to hell because of their acts. if they believe in god and confess with their mouth as well as their soul that Jesus Christ is their lord and saviour that they will go to heaven. all he asks is that you have faith the size of a grain and they will be saved. it isn't fair that good people that do wonderful things for the world writh in eternal agony. God is fair and God is love so for him to be so unfair is impossible.

God think that homosexuality is wrong that is one of the main reasons he destroyed Sodom. My reasoning for believing that God is against homosexuality is also he did not mention anywhere that he created men to be with men. He states in the bible that when a man leaves his home to be with his WIFE they become one unto God. Homosexuality is a sin against God and there is nothing you can use to justify sin.

I think God does not accept homosexuality
Here is why ........ just to name a few passages .........
OLD TESTAMENT
Leviticus 18
22 " 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.
NEW TESTAMENT
Romans 1
27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.
Matthew 19
4"Haven't you read," he replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female,'[a] 5and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'[b]? 6So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate."

I belive he does, he wouldnt tell his followers to love all.... and if you cant accept people for who they are, bad or good. then you've missed the point.
God is forgiving, and accepting. S/he loves all. I think people who are gay have been enlightend to that fact, live it in their own way. You who do not belive the fact that God does love people just the way they are, have missed the point and missunderstood the bible.
(personally, I belive that the bible has been missunderstood for centuries, and missquoted and is all wrong.) But thats my opinion.
I love that person up there... whom ever they choose to be. The fact that they have blessed the world with people who are good, and have good ideas, and are open enough to find love, no matter what their fellow man looks like on the outside.

God doesn't accept homosexuality. I, on the other hand, can care less about a person's sexuality.

No lusts art accepted withing the just will of my Father, which art in heaven. However, if any can have a deep, and emotionally stable love, then they art indeed blessed in the name of the Lord. Both these beliefs apply to both thy homosexuals, and thy heterosexuals. May you find peace and prospertiy beneath the branches of God's love, Amen.
