we have that software, it just takes a while to figure out how to use it...
my brother made a movie for a family members 50th bday and before, he was getting mad at it, but after he figured out to use it, he likes it alot, and we make movies for everything for school!

I had a lot of problems and gave up for a bit then I up graded my computer with more RAM (2gig now) more storage (400gig hard drive) and added 2new fans to the case and replaced the old one on top of the processor with a new heat sink and fan. Haven't had any problems in a few months now.

My experience with Pinnacle was that their end user products are so-so, but their pro-end stuff is excellent.
