you can call Senior and Elderly services, Look under your state government in the blue pages. You can report anonymously and it is your duty, since you work with the elderly and understand that they are vulnerable to abuse and neglect. Glad you are caring. . . now do the right thing and call it in.

It depends on what kind of bad your talking about.
Don't report it unless your sure its a serious issue, and its actually effecting people, or could effect people. If not, don't. It wouldn't be worth it.
Also, take into consideration that you could become unemployed from your workplace if you reported them to a higher authority.

Depends what it is. If it's something illegal, then, yes, I'd report it. If it's something like - The CEO is an idiot who doesn't know how to run a company, then I really would not have anything to report.
But anything illegal - cheating, abusive behavior, stealing, etc., I'd definitely report.

Only if it was something that negatively affected my ability to do my job and continue on in my career.

Sometimes being a snitch is the right thing to do, however, if this will cause your company to fold and cause everyone to be out of work because of it, I might reconsider. Sometimes you have to consider the fact that sometimes your employer will do things in the interest of keeping you employed.

It depends what it was, how it would affect me or how much I'd need my job. If all possible, I would stay out of it and mind my own business, after all I have enough problems without borrowing any more. After all, I'm sure you heard the adage "No good deed goes unpunished". Ask any high profile whistleblower.

It depends on what type of offense you are talking about and how much you want to keep your job. And where you work.
If it is something big, I'd say report it...
But you will probably want to quit your job so be prepared for that.
Good Luck.
