I don't know about best but for Louisiana, check out nola.com for everything in the new orleans area, 2theadvocate.com for baton rouge and http://www.gannett.com/web/newspapers.htm for links to most of the other papers in Louisiana....
because other than the newspapers and the local paper auto sales (news on wheels is one in south Louisiana which has dealer ads online at www.newsonwheels.com) that's all most use in Louisiana.. no real online services that I am aware of that is centralized for multiple sellers
