I only have a few pieces of toast before going to work, I have to teach a exercise class every morning at 8:00, so I have to have some carbs, after class I have a banana and a nature's valley bar to hold me till lunch time. I couldn't teach on an empty stomach, when I first started teaching years ago I did, and got physically sick.

Depends on how much time I have:
1. Bowl of Frosted Shredded Wheat with milk
2. Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese
3. Toast -- two pieces, one cinnamon sugar, one peanut butter
4. My favorite -- pancakes with peanut butter and warm syrup
