How much water is too much? I drink lots of water everyday. As much as 150 ounces a day. But I always hear too much water is bad. What is considered dangerous?? I know that 64 ounces is the recommended per day but I like to drink water. Should I even it out with juice and tea?

definitely even out your fluid in take with juices (no sugar added), low fat milk and teas. you can easily flush your system of valuable vitamins and nutrients with just water...especially too much of it!

there's no such thing.!.. it's always good to drink lots of water... the only time that it's bad is if your drowning yourself and filling your stomach too much that it could explode..., which by the way, would never happen naturally unless you stick a hose down your throat...because your body would just reject too much stuff in your stomach

water is still by far better than juice or tea... juice would only bump up your calorie intake and tea would increase caffeine in your bloodstream... causing you to lose water by urinating a lot...

Don't listen to the people who tell you you HAVE to drink a lot of water. It's not true. That's just an old wives' tale. Folklore. An urban myth. Debunked.

You don't NEED to drink a lot of water. Certainly not 150 oz!!!!
Drink when you're thirsty. Period. That's all you need.

Too much water is not dangerous. It's even suggested that 8 glass of water upon waking up each morning with empty stomach can heal a lot of sickness like ulcer, diabitic, migraine and the like...I've tried it myself and its very effective in getting rid of my hyperacidity. You just have to take it gradually.

No, you're fine. If you start to feel bloated from drinking too much water then slow down. In my opinion no one ever drinks enough water.
