Their missile does not have the necessary range - and it failed when they tested it.
Besides - even if the missile had the necessary range and they could actually get it to work - it would be little more than target practice for our ABM system.

none in the near future.... N.K. is black mailing the world for money to feed their corrupted government and some for the people of N.K. it is also questionable if they have any nuclear missile capability or just some high-tech fireworks.
