That's impossible. You can look at a bunch of sites while you're online, and then when you're offline, you can go through the cache.

I'm no expert, but I don't see how that would be possible unless you had already visited the sites you wish to view offline. By it's very nature, you must be connected to the internet, and thus "online" in order to use it.

the question is rather vague you can save a whole site offline to view it but if the site is update more frequestnly that would d oyou no good.

You have to be online to browse. You can save pages to look at while off line but that's it.
