If a guy says he's very very attracted to you, he longs for you, he needs you, he wants you, does he mean 'i love you'?

said i love before but i let him down..made a conscious effort to talk to him and now he's cautious. he wants commitment :)

Maybe, but probably not.
What this guy is saying is that he is very attracted to you physically.
Maybe he doesn't know whether he loves you or not. Maybe he doesn't WANT to know unless and until the two of you are having regular sex together. Maybe he loves you already and is afraid of being rejected by you.
I think it is safest to assume that he doesn't know whether he loves you or not, in which case what he's doing and saying is quite honest.

Ok, just so you know, one thing has nothing to do with the other. Physical attraction doesn't lead to love. Love is an emotion, not a physical feeling. Just because a guy is after sex, doesn't mean he loves you. It just means he wants sex. And for men, they can have one thing without the other.

physical attraction is very very different then love, is just there to change ur mind from love. if u love him/her go for it and forget about the physical attraction
