i am in australia and the world cup is on late at night, that mean, hunger pangs. what would the best food to eat so that you dont put on weight?

Eat Protein - Eggs and Sausages. Put Salsa on the Eggs and Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard on the Sausages.

Before bed time no carbs. High protein and high fiber is good. If you eat carbs before bedtime your body has a propensity to store them as body fat. Grilled vegetables and a low fat protein source such and shrimp, chicken breast, or "Lean" beef.
