It sounds like there is more going on besides a blown fuse, start by checking the wiring for the wiper motor for shorts or worn insulation with a piece of bare wire touching metal if that is ok then you might have to replace the wiper motor itself as it may have a internat electrical problem. But if you want to find the proper fuse in the fuse block and you still have the owners manual there should be a picture or drawing of the fuse block with the fuses identified if you don't have the owners manual try looking at the fuse block itself sometimes the fuses are marked right on the fuse block itself,if all that fails try going to a library and look for your truck in a motors manual or you can call or stop by your local ford dealers service department and they should be able to tell you which one it is.

The wiper switch is the common problem for the ford series trucks. You must remove the schroud around the steering column and there are 3 torx head screws that hold the switch assy in place. Make sure that you get the correct switch ie: delay wipers or not. Have replaced the switch on every Bronco I have owned. It is the same switch Ford uses on all of thier trucks. I have owned 8. It is a combo switch that controls the wipers, turn signals and 4 way flashers.

A fuse doesn't control the wipers if I remember, it is a module called a GEM module.. If not the fuse is under the hood in the second fuse box under the hood.
check the fuses for the gem module in the dash board fuse box, then if that doesn't work give a good yank and play with the turn signal switch.. I've seen more of them cause non functioning wipers thatn anything

Actually you have a circuit breaker and not a fuse. Could be the wiper motor or the Governor and or the switch.
