put your hair up but be creative in making a new hair style, try leaving some strands of hair to your sides to hide or dont draw too much attention to your ears.

ok, excuse me, but have you seen Audrey Tautou (of "Amelie" fame and also "Dirty Pretty Things", "Happenstance", "A Very Long Engagement" and now "The DaVinci Code"...?
in amelie she had a cute bob that covered her ears, but since she has sported both a cute super-shoer/ ear-revealing pixie-cut and longer hair worn in an up-do. her ears stick out and it is SO endearing. she is all the cuter for it. if you are really self-concious about it, try putting your hair in an updo and then letting a few strands fall forward in front of your ears. or try and updo with a bandana or scarf tied around your head and over the tops of your ears instead of tucked behind your ears. i'm sure you'll look great! good luck!

A very loose updo, like a loose french twist or bun. Leave a little hair over the sides of your face, curled, to draw the attention away from your ears and onto your face. And the loose updo will leave enough of your hair "poofy" that it'll compensate for the size or position of your ears.

You could wear a headband. Sorry my suggestions are bad.
Besides, things like 'ears sticking out' are usually much better than you think they are. :)

I find it sexy when a girl's ears stick out. Don't assume guys don't like it. I have a horrible fetish for Susie Gharib, who does the Nightly Business Report with Paul Kangas. The way her little Buddha ears stick out gets me hot. Don't assume so readily what is/isn't attractive to guys.

i have kinda big ears too. what i do is that i ask for the barber not to cut around the ear. just trim right above it. it helps. i like it. it works for me. (well it depends what kind of hair style you like too. if you like it too short, it wont work)

wear a half-pony tail and curl your hair so your hair will appear larger than your ears
