I get this all the time when I don;t eat enough earlier in the day. If you don;t have enough calories, your brain takes over and you binge. try increasing your calories and it gets easier. It is such a delicate balance....it also helps to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day....

You need to find out why you are over eating in the first place. For example, some people are "emotional eaters." They eat to avoid focusing on their "issue" or issues that produce anxiety or some sort of emotional discomfort. Why are you over eating? You might need counseling to figure this out. Actually that is usually caused by a lack of seratonin in the brain; depression. I suggest you see a therapist.
