Most of the time when a guy do not call u this usually means i dont wanna see u anymore, But try calling him, see what happend if he doesnt sound interested find somebody else.

Either he's not into you or he's just a romantic type of guyor i don't know it's seems more like he just tryna find a way to get rid of you. the only thing to do is cut him loose or confront him about it and see where it leads

Call or e-mail him. If he never answers his phone or is too busy to talk to you I would ditch him.
