When I try to burn a CD-RW on iTunes, I get a box that says Unknown Error 2123. What is it and how do I fix this?

Go to Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager

Uninstall everything under DVD/CD Rom drives.
Uninstall everything under IDE ATA / ATAPI controller.

Windows will reload the drivers when you restart. See if this works. Just in case, set a restore point before you attempt the above. But I have heard of this working before.
