do not eat while depressed because it does not help you should engage in some type of exercise it will help you think through what you are depressed about and come to some type of a solution as apposed to eating

I'd recommend something healthy like Carrots or maybe oranges/grapefruit which will make you pucker and smile cause people usually rush to the junk (/comfort) food and can't stop themselves only making it last longer.

u should eat when ur depressed, its bad for u, then u will get fat, and be depressed cuz ur fat, so u'll eat more cuz ur depressed,
and then when u go on Dr. Phil u will say ur Depressed cuz ur fat, and Ur fat cuz ur depressed
so dont eat anything
