Well God definitely made the Earth but the bible says the Earth was made from the darkness of space. So the universe must have already been there. I would suppose God made the universe as well.

The Universe or the Multiverse. I think the Multiverse has always existed in a constant state of now with no movement of time. Our universe might just be a black hole inside somebody elses universe. Science has a pretty good understanding the material of the universe milliseconds after the Big Bang, but I don't think they will ever find out what happened before it.
