I personally use american crew' shampoo and conditioner which has mint and mint seems to relieve lot of stress somehow.but just wanna know if there is anything else that is good

Origins makes a really great mint shampoo that is awesome for relieving stress. Also look for anything that has lavendar and/or chamomile in it. Good luck!

Be sure to watch the movie "Something About Mary". When it comes to relieving stress and all over hold, the hair care product shown in that movie can't be beat!
