I am about to crack from all of the pressure, stress, and people pissing me off. I dont know what to do but i think everyone (relatives and co-workers) is going to get a piece of my mind very soon. Even though i dont want this to happen.

Tell me about it- I did. And it doesn't help.

Some way, some how- you've got to get some rest and relaxation. Take a mental health sick day from work. And schedule a vacation if you can. If you can't- then look for work you can handle before you loose this one.

I had to separate myself from relatives for years. It does help if you can do it.

You have every right to be angry ! Let them know that you are not going to take it anymore. Go Postal on them ! Make sure that you have lots of really abusive curse words to fling at the people that are pissing on you ! Work yourself into a real rage before you confront them so that you make them know you are angry the minute they see you.
Do not keep anger inside of you. Pent up anger will give you liver problems and none of your relatives care enough about yu to donate any of their liver when yours goes.
Get er done ! Let er rip !

You need to stop for a minute. Take a deep breath. What is it about these people that are making you so irritable? Are there pressures from work? Are you feeling you are losing your focus on things you really feel you need to focus on?

If you are able to figure this out, you may want to speak to the people who are bothering you to let them know you need some time; emphasize this is not about them, but about you. If they really cared about you, they would listen.

Don't take stimulants or caffiene: If you must take a relaxant, find suntheanine or L-theanine 100 mg 2x per day (in morning and afternoon) Don't overdose. You can find it in a health store. It is a safe extract from green tea.

Get your feelings out on paper. You don't want to explode at anyone, you want to channel your feelings especially agression.

Only you can _lead_ (emphasis on _lead_) yourself out of any boxes you think you are in. Unhealthy job situation? Find a new one. Problems in your marraige? Get counselling. Family getting in your way? Set 'healthy' boundaries without damaging or hurtful aggression.

Joking aside ...

Look into anger management classes. Sounds like you might be a bit passive agressive. A ticking time bomb.

First of all take a deep breath, then maybe talk to a friend or family member. DO NOT hold it all in, if you do you will eventually explode. Good Luck!!
