God does not make you humble, nor anything else. These things you need to find for yourself.
See this is just one of mans problems. They blaim God when things go wrong and praise him when things go right.
The truth is God is not responsible for either. The only thing God can do is give you advice if you listen to him. Anything else would be imposing on free will.

magnificent concept.God hasn't ever destroyed all people suddenly them first. In Noah's day he became no longer in straight forward words a builder yet warned the persons(2 Peter 2:5) and he did not carry back from punishing an historic international, yet kept Noah, a preacher of righteousness, possibility-free with seven others even as he presented a deluge upon a international of ungodly human beings; He warned Pharoah and the egyptians (Exodus 9:20) all people who feared Jehovah’s be conscious between Phar?aoh’s servants brought about his personal servants and his cattle to flee into the houses, (Exodus 9:21) yet whoever did not set his heart to have any regard for Jehovah’s be conscious left his servants and his cattle contained in the field. And those who did not pay interest were killed. he continues to be sounding that caution at Matthew 24:14 and Matthew 28:19,20 now the finished earth has been instructed about the best information of God's Kingdom that Jesus instructed us to evangelise about. (Psalm 37:9-10) For evildoers themselves will be reduce off, yet those hoping in Jehovah are those which will own the earth. 10 And only a short even as longer, and the depraved one will be no extra; and also you may genuinely concentration on his position, and he gained't be.

I liked the post about what happened to Billy Graham. I think that not only will the heavy lifting create character and humility, but strong muscles. Keep up the good work, my internet friend. :o)

My favorite story concerning humility would come from Billy Graham
He tells of a lady in his home church, much older than himself, whom he would visit when he was in town, They would always kneel and pray together before he left.
He was praying next to her and he said he was asking GOD to continue to keep him humble. WHAM , he gets elbowed in his side, and the voice of his lady friend telling him, "Its LORD< please make me humble".
Billy states that this lesson stayed with him throughout the years, that he was actually prideful in his own humility.
No matter where we are or who we are with, GOD will use it to teach us lessons, if we only will open our hearts ,minds, and eyes to the lesson.

If you are being paid well then this could actually be God blessing you. As for your boss he probably says that because he doesnt want to do the job himself.

I congratulate you one your first job. Most work is hard. It's not being humbled by God, it's called hard work. Whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
