I am new to Phoenix, AZ and want to live in cool neighborhood, I have lived in Pasadena, Santa Monica and Newport Beach. I had to move because of work so need cool place to hang out.

Go to Scottsdale if you're older
Stay in Phoenix if you party hard

Go to Bank One Statium, go to a ball game, then walk out of the statdium, and there are the bars :)
