Breastfeeding is great but if you have trouble doing it or it doesn't work with your schedule try going on a walk every day with baby. Buy an arrobic ball (birthing ball, yoga ball, work out ball all the same) I used it for two things.. one to bounce on when my daughters had colic they LOVED that and I used to to tone my legs and core. It's great to do sit up's on as it doesnt kill your back.

The answer is alway the same exercise and eat healthy. When you do this you will lose weight it helps to exclude all white food from your diet. like flour products, pastas, breads, cheese,These are fattening also no sugar if possible or lower the intake of it. It all boils down to eat health I also heard that breast feeding helps but it also gives you saggy boobs, at least that what i was told.

Breastfeed!!! It burns TONS of extra calories...just watch your diet, eat well, for both you and the baby. Breastfeeding will help with bonding, and give you a post-pregnancy weight loss boost, plus its SOO good for the baby!!
Good luck!

Breast feeding and sit ups. Eating right also is a big thing. Now that you dont crave all these things you can get back on track. But sit ups work very well!
