I've lost 34 pounds. I want to lose another 30 so I can be skinny. Any experiences with these plans? I did LA Weight loss, and I think it's pretty good - curious about NutriSystem. Don't say Jenny, because I would NEVER do that, and I've already done Weight Watchers. Thanks. Oh...and I'm not taking any pills, either!!

No, I do know LA has the maintenance. I'm in it now...but I want to lose more weight. I'm trying to consider whether buying more weeks from them is the idea, or if I should try another program.

ah skinny is the wrong thought, you should be thinking of being lean healthy and strong, very different things.
being skinny can be unhealthy but if you can get down to a healthy amount of body fat, a good amount of lean muscle and in appropriate portions that is more like it.

NutriSystem is fine is cost effective and similar to Jenny Craig, all pre packaged meals. LA Weight Loss is supposed to have a maintenance program obviously you didn't know that or they never mentioned it to you, go back and ask them, they may be able to give you a discount as a return customer, otherwise why not take what you learned from there, you should still have their material and continue with that, eDiets is good too, it's an online thing. so is SparkPeople, just like eDiets but it's free. www.sparkpeople.com

Why not stick with what is working for you?

I'm don't know anything about "LA Weight Loss."

Nurtisystem is prepackaged shelf stable food. It cost about $300 a month. It's the only food you're suppose to eat so it should averages out to be the same as buying groceries. They do have a maintenance program. They have a wonderful support system on-line and it's FREE, no membership fee, only the cost of food.

I ordered my first 28 days of food last night....can't wait until it gets here!
