Yep. It's nice to go outside under a covered patio and smoke while the rain is pouring. I love it.

If there is an overhang to protect me from the rain, than yes, I would go outside to smoke.

yep i just chill out under the overhang of the garage or in a doorway or somewhere that I can't get wet! in fact its kind of peaceful to step outside and have a smoke (weed or cig) and just relax and listen to the rain

I think it's funny seeing a bunch of smokers huddled outside when it's raining. Not only are they too weak to let go of an addiction, they are actually willing to subject themselves to bad weather because of it.
