A FABULOUS con man from India who bilked people in the State of Oregon USA for millions!
He was a Guru from India that made the Maharishi Yoga look like a piker!
He and his very venomous female manager managed to accumulate dozens of Rolls Royce cars (all gifts) and hundreds of acres of Oregon farm land.
The Cult even took over the little town it was next to - by Poisoning (Salmonellae) the citizens to stop them from voting against the Cult.
Sri Rashneesh was kicked out of the USA , returned to India millionaire, but soon died of a heart attack there in the country that spawned him.

Was he the Guru that the Beatles went to see for wisdom? I know they were very involved with that for awhile. In fact I think John was until his death.
