You should skewer them so they dont fall through. Marinate them with some oil and herbs, this will prevent sticking and drying out.

I like take tendon off scallops, shell and devein shrimp then salt and pepper (can substitute old bay seasoning).
Put shrimp and scallop in a gallon ziplock bag with fresh ginger and garlic squeezed through a garlic press then add 1/2 bottle of your favorite italian dressing (I like either Paul Newman's or Kraft zesty). Only need to marinate a couple hours as seafood spoils overnight when any acid is introduced.
After marinating put shrimp and scallops on a long, water-soaked skewer and grill for a couple minutes per side.
Be sure not to over cook as scallops get dry and tough and shrimp gets rubbery.
Serve with lemon wedges

I couldn't say about shrimp as I am allergic, but I work in a high-end market here in MI, and one of the preparations we have in our seafood case are simple bacon-wrapped scallops on a skewer. simply wrap 3-4 scallops with a high quality bacon (we use a brand called Nueske's... it's 8.99 a pound, but its SO worth it...) and stick them on 4.5in. bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water so the skewers don't catch on fire so easy. You'll wanna do them over a fairly low flame so you don't turn the bacon all charred and leave it with the consistency of tire rubber. ;)

Bean recipes are reachable and require little or no cooking information previous sorting, soaking and boiling water. I in many situations advise soaking the beans in one day once you consider that it makes their cooking time plenty swifter. persist with the options on the kit (in the shape you should use the can beans, please pick the low sodium version, this continues to be loaded with unnecessary salt, as canned units are intense in sodium and can want to reduce your meal's well being reward). If I make white/army beans, i am going to puree them in a blender with steamed brussel sprouts ( and the leftover veggie water from the steamer) and a tablespoon of olive oil. It make a yummy soup it really is truly filling. Cooked beans also will be without worry sauteed with peppers and onions and so that they make delicious tacos at the same time as wrapped in warmed delicate corn tortillas (upload your effortless fixings like lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, jalepeno peppers, the record is going on and on) Or puree cooked chick peas contained in the blender with a million-2 cloves of garlic and your fashionable contemporary herbs for a delicious hummus spread which will be utilized as a sandwich center. Beans are also very instantly ahead to replace in a large number of recipes and provides first-classification style to any meal. they're instantly ahead to purchase and keep and are an somewhat cheap wholesome selection. Cooking each and every of the beans and freezing separated elements is a superb thanks to be prepared to make a delicious meal in a hurry. happy eating!

coat them with olive oil mixed with some nice mild seasonings like garlic salt and a little lemon pepper herb blend. Then put them on a skewer and broil away on the grill rack. Yummmm.
