How do you get rid of an ex who wants you back.but you don't want him back?

My ex and mine's relationship ended really badly. It ended with backstabbing and lying. We just started talking again to get it all settled out. Now he's telling me my current bf is lying to me and trying to break us up. My bf is away and doesn't know about any of this going on. And I'm just really confusaled and not quite sure what to do. Plz help I need this settled out before my bf comes back home and there is another big fight going down.

tell him to stop, you aren't interested in any converstion with him that involves your bf and don't listen, hang up or walk away. soon enough he'll figure out that the subject is off limits. then make it clear that you and he are done and thats that and that you would like to see him move on. there really is no reason for you to be having any conversation with him aside from whatever it is you needed to settle, once thats done there is nothing left to talk about, especially since you know he's going to mess with you if you give him the opportunity. it takes two to participate in these games so don't play.

i think you need to calm down first. then tell your ex well i know you like me but i am with someone and you'll never get me back if you are trying to break me up with someone i care about. we will be friends but that is all, i think you need to meet a new girl sorry. that seems like the only way. if that doesn't work tell him i don't want to see you again so leave me alone.

seems like trying to be friends with him was not a good idea -- how about cutting off that so called friendship?

IF you think that some of what he says about your current BF is true - then tell him to bring you proof, otherwise, he needs to get lost and get a life, you already have one and is not with him

The best way is to be upfront and honest about it. Tell him to go away .If that doesnt work then tell him that ur a psycho serial killer and that he'lll be ur next victim if hes not careful or u could just do what lori b said.

It sounds to me like he's not done hurting you....I say this by the obvious signs that he is trying to manipulate you, and cast doubts about your current bf. There's a reason it ended badly, you'd do well to remember why.

tell him to give you proof about the lying and also tell your ex that he just needs to stay out of your personal dating life only because right now you r trying to make THIS relationship work unlike the one you had with him. that should help.

Second, be mean, and tell him to "F-Off, Or Im getting a restraining order, you nut case!!!". If he ignores, call the police. Take the time to get a restraining order.

Change phone #'s..if you can relocate, but I know that's hard..but if he don't want to give you your space I would call the police and make a report out on him and get a restrainign order..
