I love both name. But I prefer Chloe than Grace. Here some information about those name just for you from me...
CHLOE
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English, Biblical, Greek Mythology
Other Scripts: Χλοη (Ancient Greek)
Pronounced: KLO-ee [key]
Means "green shoot" in Greek. This was an epithet of the Greek goddess Demeter. The name is also mentioned by Paul in one of his epistles in the New Testament.
CHLOÃ
Gender: Feminine
Usage: French
French form of CHLOE
GRACE
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English
Pronounced: GRAYS [key]
Means "grace" from the English word, which ultimately derives from Latin gratia. The actress Grace Kelly was a famous bearer of this name.
And for the middle name I suggest :
Chloe Patriana
Chloe Titania
Chloe Joschitta
Grace Maredith
Grace Partiana
Grace Anneliesse
Sorry....I'm not to good combine a name... I should take a long time for that...But I hope those indos can help you...
Take care,
Dee

Look to your families' histories for some names. Chances are, you'll find some beautiful, strong names in there.
My family is huge - generation after generation of many, many, children in one house. I was lucky - my great-grandmother wrote down everything that she could remember before she passed on.
I named my son after my deceased brother, my daughter after my grandmother & great-grandmother, my other son after my grandfather - and many a family member were proud that I chose these names. Not to mention the fact that they are good, strong names that show our family's heritage.
And, many of the names that I have chosen, the father of my children always said "oh yeah, that name was in my family too" - as we have similar heritages.
I have again taken out this book to name my unborn twins.
If you don't have a family history, or really don't want to do this - I really wouldn't be getting opinions from strangers. Besides, the names will come to you.
