If you want natural ways to fall asleep try excessive a few hours before bed, & chamomile tea. Also go to bed at the same time every night. It helps get your circadian rythms tuned to sleep.

Not trying to be crass here, but without medications there are are two practical solutions that work very well.
1) Exercise heavily 90 to 60 minutes before bedtime, then shower. THEN......
2) Have sex. Masturbate if necessary.

You'll sleep great.

Try a relaxation cd. They guid you on how to relax and you then get some music and poof your asleep. Or annoyed wichever you get it may be worth a try.
