No. Radiation is used to destroy the bone marrow. This would kill the baby. If you get pregnant the bone marrow transplant will be delayed until after the birth. By this time it might be too late.
One of my employees went through this a few years back.

I don't see why not... I think that plenty of people have kids and end up having bone marrow transplants later on. But I'm pretty sure that having a baby can't *cause* you to need a bone marrow transplant...

You really need to ask your oncologist that question. You most certainly are not going to get anything that resembles usable information here. That is unless they tell you to ask your doctor.
If it's not a question for yourself - then the person needing the bone marrow transplant needs to ask their doctor.
