A lot of girls think getting turned on is like needing to pee when it first happens to them as teenagers and this can be confusing when she first starts having sex.
Generally an experienced woman will be used to this.
The other pointers are she may feel pressure on the bladder, you may be hitting her g-spot OR she may have *** before you as girls are inclined to want to pee after sex (I'm not sure why physiologically but if you think about it, it makes sense as a kind of evolutionary self-cleaning process since residual smegma is no use but may harbour HPV, a cause of cervical Ca).

Well, it's one of two things: either you're hitting her G-spot or your penis is putting pressure on her bladder. She should go to the bathroom right before having sex to see if that helps. If the feeling goes away then it was pressure on the bladder. If it's still there then you've got the G-spot.
The goal at that point is to follow the feeling to it's...erm...climatic conclusion. ;)
