Eat a lot of foods with fat (cheese cake, butter croissants, McDonalds cheesebureger, I can go on forever). Eat the foods you always wanted to but was prevented because you wanted to maintain your weight. So even if you do move around your body won't be able to burn it fast enough..

eat late. drink milkshakes before you go to bed. Pasta & potatoes
will faten you right on up. I wouldn't suggest the cheese constipation is no fun...

dont really eat foods tht are bad for you, just eat a lot and workout so you can gain more muscle...bcuz muscle=pounds too you know.

Eat more junk food than you ever have in your life, and stay at the computer....don't get up...unless you are going to get more junk..
