Tell your friend that she should be happy with what god gave her. I know that becomes difficult for many of us to do. But she really should concentrate more on her happniness and less on whether or not she is sexually attractive to men. That really doesn't make her happy does it? And bigger breast without surgery? almost an impossibility. I have small breasts and LOVE them. I know that when I take my bra off they aren't going to fall to the floor the older I get. You really don't know what you have until it's gone. And it's a sad story that it's so difficult to find the rare person that can see that before they give something up for something else. RELAX!!!

She's wasting her time plus not all guys like big breasts. Shape and firmness are much more important than melons and anyway, there are other reason why guys go for gals. If I was describing my ideal physical woman, it wouldn't be my wife. If I was to be offered my ideal physical woman for my wife I wouldn't consider swapping her in the slightest (assuming a part-time swap isn't allowed!).
On the other hand, if she was offered her ideal man I'd be straight on the skip! Thank god I'm perfect then!

Grow up, ... she'll get bigger breasts anyway as she does and stop wanting bigger breasts at the same time so she'll be happier both ways.

Maybe encourage her to be happy with the body God gave her? It sounds like your friend needs self-esteem, and if that's based on her chest size, she has bigger fish to fry.

It really depends what you would want on her. If you think that she is fine as she is, tell her so. Otherwise, mke sure that she finds an appropriate method. O.o

She could start the pill. I started Diane 35 and they grew a full cup size.
