The other day, I had a panic attack and it was so bad I had to leave work. When I got home, I couldn't stop cying for the rest of the day and I didn't even know what I was crying about. I haven't been able to stay at work because everytime I get there, I have a bad panic attack. Does anyone know what could be wrong with me?

You need to find the source that sets off your panic attacks. As a suffer, thats how I got mine under control. Now I avoid those situations.......Believe it or not, going into Toys R Us was one of those things cause the exits were on the sides of the building and not in the front........I shop for toys elsewhere!

it means that you have some unresoulved emotional pain or fear.
There is something in you that needs to be settled or faced head on. Have you seen a doctor about the panic attacks. You can learn by breathing techniques to avoid the attacks. Also there is medication for anxiety. First and for most you need to address what is making you feel this way, what fear? what situation?
It will take mind over matter to beat this. Don't let your emotions rule your life. If you don't have money to see a doctor, you can check with your county for free health care. or mental health care.
When you cry and can't stop, that means that there is so much p ain insider of you that you need to release it.......it is a toxic cry, The toxins stay in you if you don't cry it out. When you put this bad thing to rest your tears will heal you and you won't need to be crying so much.
Take good care of yourself

There's some unresolved issue that have with the place - if it happens because of a specific person being mean to you - or if you've had bad experiences at other work places - that could be it. The only way to conquer panic attacks is to face your fear and think of something comforting when the panic sets in. Just grit your teeth and bear it - not being mean - just being truthful. Having a friend with you helps tremendously too.

You may need to see a physichitrist, you could be depressed, and there is some medication that can help you. Sounds like you are an emotional wreck, perhaps have your hormones checked out.

Try to think only happy thoughts. Get some happy movies to watch, do whatever you can, to make yourself feel happy.

I am a nurse and you need to make a doctor's appointment and go see him (or her) and get a complete physical. Your primary doctor can advise you if you need to see another doctor and if you need any medicines to help you. There is help for panic attacks, however, it is possible you have something physical wrong with you.

I do this too, more so in the past. It's got a lot to do with stress which causes depression, which causes panic attacks. You need to let your Doc. know, that way he/she can figure out what to do about it. Don't put it off to long there's med's that can make you feel better.Love and God Bless

Definitely sounds like some form of depression, the extreme emotions and crying sound like PMS, postpartum or menopausal symptons. Probably good to get it checked out if it continues.

It could be that the crying and your panic attacks have their roots in low blood sugar - hypoglycemia.
.
Check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org and see if you have other symptoms that may be low blood sugar related, then see what to do to help yourself.

For information on its precursor condition – hyperinsulinemia – check out www.mayoclinic.com/health/hyperinsulinemia/.
