Don King really hurt his boxing career. Tyson is a mess, but I think that with the right people he could have been okay.

Even after the death of his mentor he was still doing well with Rooney and the old team. Things started to go really bad when he signed on with Don King.

Cus D'amato passing was sad, beyond his control. Don King, enough said. Robin Givens. The last two were his decisions, better of for worse those were the options he chose and like alot of things in life we make wrong choices but we have to live with them.

Yes, the bad decisions he made are a reflection on himself. We all have the potential for self destruction, but he should take stock. I still think he has the potential to win and unify the title. He has the ability to turn thing's around, he just has to take the first step. Its up to him.

the passing of Cus D'amato, cause Tyson would have never got himself involved with Don King if he was still alive.

You forgot one. Himself. It's nice to blame others when a hero falls, but Tyson didn't fall....he jumped. Others defiantly had some degree of influence over him, but he made his own choices, and virtually self-destructed through a series of bad, bad decisions.

cus damato, was like his father. When he died, so did mike's discipline and focus. Gobin Givens was his second devil. Don't forge that a woman help bring Samson down.
