Give away the mutts, and wait until the next breeding season, but make sure it didn't happen again.

I had this happen.
Put my female who was to be bred the next day out in our fenced back yard to potty while I went as well. She was unattended for maybe 3 minutes.Walked outside to find her mounted by a mutt.
I grabbed the hose and sprayed their feet to get him off her and chased him home after putting her back in the house and wrote down the address he went to and informed the owner of what had happened and if my dog was pregnant I would be coming after him for "child support."And to let him know I was serious I called animal control on him.The officer wrote him a ticket for dog running at large. And explained that since he allowed his dog to run according to the law he was indeed responsible and could be sued in court.
She had 11 pups.I thought I was letting him off easy when after the pups were weaned I delivered all of them to him so he could find them homes. He took them all without complaint and thanked me for not taking him to court and then he was arrested for dumping the pups out in the country.
I figured he would pull something like that so I had my boyfriend follow him at a distance. He stopped and picked up all the pups and took them to animal control along with the guys plate number.
He was arrested in his driveway as soon as he got out of his car.

Spay her, for then you don't have to worry about it.

Just because you have a purebred dog, doesn't mean you need to breed her. Let her life a healthy life, without the heat cycles and obnoxious male dogs.

Personally, I think any backyard breeding is irresponsible at best. I would probably find them homes and get the female spayed ASAP.

Smarten up and get your thoroughbred cat or dog SPAYED or NEUTRED and it won't happen again.

Meantime, name the pups Muttley1, Muttley2, Muttley3 and so forth.
