I dye my hair, too, but I wait at least 4-6 weeks before doing it again.

Use the conditioner that comes with the package. I use L'Oreal Superior Preference. There is tube of conditioner that comes with it. The instructions say to use it once a week, but since my hair is short, I can use a little bit every day, and my hair stays shiny for the full 6 weeks and doesn't dry out.

If you don't use that conditioner, use some sort of conditioner that says it is formulated for colored hair. Those have extra moisturizers.

Here is a naturual solution to your problem which does not use any products that are Harmful to your hair.
Avocado Hair Mask
This nutrient-rich recipe gives dry, damaged hair the conditioning it craves.
1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
1 teaspoon avocado oil

Combin all ingredients in a small bowl, Massage into clean, wet hair, making sure you coat each strand. Cover with a plastic shower cap and relax for 30 minutes. Rinse the mixture out of your hair with warm water, then shampoo as usual.

Sorry dear, hair damage is forever. The best you can do is to use a super moisturizing conditioner frequently & do weekly hot oil or deep conditioning treatments.

If you want your hair back to normal, stop abusing it and let it grow out.

towel dry before applying conditioner.

even if you use the cheapest shampoo and conditioner available, you will notice a difference (for the better) the first time.
