ok so i've found it more effective in tha past to exercise and eat reguarly includin junk foods and not keep track of bad carbs n fats i waz eatin lost weight quicker than doin tha same exercises like i would regularly do while makin sure i didnt eat anythin high in fats or anything that would ruin me tryin 2 lose weight, so does any1 know y this could have happened
