I work at a good job, have my own place, and new (9 months old) to this city, how should I meet a women to ask for a date?

i wish that guys would talk to me in grocery stores. some men i see i would probably accept to an invitation to tea. i once had a man walk up to me on a beach and ask me out for tea and i accepted. it's hard to ask, i know, but so worth it if there is something good ahead...

Go to other places where women (especially the type you would like to meet) congregate. Go to a bookstore, coffee shop, diner, supermarket, etc. There are plenty of places to meet women besides a bar or club. Get involved in some activities or a club, or hit the gym (though that is as bad as a club - LOL)
