Walking briskly through a park is always a good and pleasing exercise. But the hottest sport is frolf! If is like golf, but played with a frisbee instead of a golf ball and club. Anyone can play, the walking is easy and it is super cheap. Just get the frolf disc and you can check with the park districts for the field availability. It shouldn;t cost anything at the park district. Have fun!

I think my_inner_child had the best answer so far. Exercise can be anything that raises your heart rate. So a leisurely walk through the park won't really do it. Jumping rope, or running, or swimming, or weight training all are good. Make sure you drink lots of water because it is summer, and hot and dry.

Swimming. Lots of swimming in the cool pool, or a local lake or choppy ocean.

I'd go running or walk briskly early in the mornings(before it gets super hot outside). Or go swimming.

It really depends on what you like to do. I prefer yoga and just staying active.
