why are'nt all the major cities listed on yahoo questions and answer,such as oxford?

I think its the 10 biggest in England, 2 biggest in Scotland, 2 biggest in Wales and Belfast in Northern Ireland

Because Oxford is not a major city, more a university town.

I know people from many parts of the country (not major cities) that use Q & A here!
Maybe, we just need a few more people 'proud' to fly the flag for Oxford to either ask or answer Questions?
